Find a Job

From finding a job to sustaining a career, we’re with you every step of the way.

How Via Supports Individuals

Learn about the programs and support we offer to help you or your loved one find meaningful jobs, gain skills, and thrive.

In Oklahoma, 691,000 of the 3.9 million residents report having one or more disabilities.

Yet, 83% of adults with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD) don’t have paid community jobs.

Of the 17% of people who do, most rely on some level of ongoing support.

  • 33% work in individually supported jobs with publicly funded services or support

  • 39% work in competitive roles without publicly funded services or support

  • 28% work in group supported jobs

Via helps close the gap by providing personalized services to individuals, helping people with disabilities succeed in meaningful, community-based jobs that fit their passions and strengths. We’ll help you find the right job, gain independence, and build a career that lasts.

Our services are designed to meet individuals where they are, from career exploration to on-the-job training, paving paths with real opportunities for real people to thrive.
