Our Team

Chris Hobbs, CEO

Chris Hobbs brings two decades of experience and a deep personal commitment to his role as CEO. His career has focused on supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, starting as a Special Education Teacher and Coach. He went on to serve as a Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) Case Manager, held multiple leadership roles at the DDS state office, and was Vice President of a nonprofit providing residential and vocational services.

A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Chris’s dedication to this work is also personal. He and his wife, Lindsey, have four sons, including Brooks, who has congenital CMV and intellectual disabilities. This personal connection fuels Chris’s passion and shapes his leadership approach.

The Hobbs family shares a love for sports. Their time is often spent at basketball and flag football games, as well as supporting Brooks in Special Olympics and Courage League baseball. In his free time, Chris enjoys staying active, discovering new restaurants, and traveling to watch his sons play.
